Welcome to the Library
The Hart Area Public Library is located in the heart of Oceana County. We serve Hart Township and the City of Hart as well as Elbridge, Weare, and Crystal Townships. We do not charge late fees on books, music, audiobooks, DVDs, or magazines. If you live in our direct service area, you can check out a mobile hotspot!
